Tire Discounters is committed to providing best-in-class training for all our employees. Training enables employees to find ways to build on their skills and progress their careers forward. We foster a learning environment and recognize that everyone has opportunities to learn, grow and improve.  

We offer some classroom training, on-site training and digital training.  Our classroom training is done primarily in our 50,000 square foot building north of downtown Cincinnati in Sharonville.

We have both traditional classroom training as well as hands-on mechanical training leveraging state of the art equipment similar to what we have at our stores. We have several lifts and other equipment to use for practice and testing on real vehicles. This allows us to mix classroom training with real skill training all under one roof.

While training on specialized shop equipment will work best at our TD Warehouse location, regional training in the field is also available.  Modules such as Phone School Training and Inventory Control Training are also taught by regional field trainers.  Many of our training modules are also available online.

In addition to our own in-house training programs, our employees are given opportunities throughout the year to participate in vendor sponsored training programs.  This gives them the opportunity to learn about new products and then test them out on the craziest of terrain. Many of the ride-n-drive events are hosted across the U.S. to include Vermont, San Diego, Arizona, San Antonio and some here in Cincinnati.
