Tire Discounters is Rolling into Knoxville and Looking to Hire Locally

Tire Discounters, a family-owned and operated tires and automotive services retailer, is one the fastest growing companies in the industry. The company is on track to open four more stores before then end of the year, rounding out the markets they are currently in, as well as expanding into new cities like here in Knoxville, TN. The new stores are in addition to a new warehouse facility in LaVergne, TN and the six new stores already opened in Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee this year.  

The company expects to open two Knoxville areas stores, in Cedar Bluff and Oak Ridge before the end of the year.  Each new store will employ 10-13 people, ranging from entry-level tire technicians to ASE certified technicians and a general manager.  “The city of Knoxville has been incredibly welcoming to Tire Discounters.  We’re excited to hire some great local professionals, meet our new neighbors and serve the fine people of Cedar bluff and Oak Ridge.” Says Dave Chirello, Tire Discounters Regional Manager.
